Photography & Imagery
Photography is one of the key elements we use to differentiate ourselves from our competitors. Silhouetted images allow us to focus on the photo subject and important relationships without the distractions of predictable lifestyle images that are so often associated with the annuity and life insurance industries.
Demographics
Fixed Indexed Annuity (FIA)
People who are 5-15 years away from retirement and want to grow their nest egg without the risk of participating in the market are good candidates for FIAs or MYGAs. Retirees can also purchase FIAs with their savings in order to provide an income stream that lasts the rest of their lives.
Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuity (MYGA)
MYGAs best suit those close to retirement seeking tax deferral and investment return guarantees. Retirees age 60 and above gain the most benefit, but women over 50 make up a significant portion of MYGA sales.
Registered Index-Linked Annuity (RILA)
Clients who are comfortable with a certain level of market risk are candidates for Registered Index-Linked Annuities (RILAs). Many couples in their early 50s, and not yet retired, are candidates for this product.
Life Insurance
Life Insurance policies can cover your family's lifestyle in case of death, allow accumulation of funds for education or retirement or provide financial protection in case of illness. Typical first-time buyers are parents looking to protect their family from financial loss.
Translated Materials
We mirror the age range for the English versions but use appropriate images based on the language translation. Currently, we translate certain key materials into Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish and Korean.
Institutional / Pension Risk Transfer (PRT)
A Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) transaction occurs when a company transfers to F&G its obligation of making its employees’ defined benefit pension plan payments. Images of retirees may be used in these materials along with charts and graphs that cover F&G's financial strength.
Agent / Advisor
Our agents and advisors are portrayed as professionals between the ages of 40 to late 50s. Women represent 52% of the gender breakdown and about 61% are white.
Recruitment
We partner with HR to recruit potential new employees from colleges and job fairs. Representing a younger, diverse subject is important in the effort to add diversity to our organization. When hiring an experienced candidate, we want a mature, diverse subject.
